Later-LN Kazuma has a bunch of skills, including archery, and could one-shot Subaru at range. Later-LN Subaru can one-shot Kazuma with the Authority of Sloth, but it's short-range.
But, every time each character died, they'd just get rezzed by Eris or Satella, respectively. Kazuma would win more often, but it'd just be a reset in any case.
The fun part would be if Subaru was forced to use his Authority of Sloth repeatedly, and ends going full Dark Lord, and/or finally activates the Greed Witch Factor he got from Regulus in Arc 5. But, I don't think either of those could change the outcome when you have a literal deus ex machina backing you up.

Kazuma can't be resurrected if his body is too damaged, so he's pretty much inevitably going to lose out if both of their resurrections are available.

If it's just a straight 1 v 1, probably Kazuma. He literally just needs to touch Subaru and he wins, and he's got more than enough cheap tricks to pull that off.

Regulus was killed by a combo of Subaru, Emilia and Reinhard. Subaru found Regulus's weakness through his knowledge of astrology, Reinhard tanked regulus and Emilia exploited his weakness.
