I asked this a few weeks ago already. I think it's a dangerous situation, because once there's peace (i.e. no villains) there's no need for heroes anymore (given that this is their primary job). So, the heroes are reliant on the existence of villains.
So, what if a hero fabricates villains or does villainous acts or enables villainy so that he can keep his job and tax money?

I would assume so. Heroes aren't the only people who can use their quirk if their job requires it. But I think it depends on the quirk at that point. A businessman wouldn't use the power to harness light energy when pitching something. On the other hand, Deku's chef dad can breathe fire, so it would probably be fine using his quirk in that setting.

Class A too has their forgettable characters like Sadrock, Sugarman and Sero. In fact some nice designs get lost in the shuffle because of the class' overpopulation like Birdbro, Mina and Tentacle and they've worked better as part of another class or school. Same goes with either Bakugo or Todoroki.

Bakugou is hated by beta anons because of just how fucking alpha he is. He isn't like the burn victim with daddy issues. He takes what he wants, when he wants. He's the person scrawny weaklings should aspire to be but probably never will be.

After Naruto's popularity it became a knee-jerk reaction to shounen rivals. Bakugo and Sasuke aren't alike in personality at all. Bakugo developed a superiority complex from being told how awesome he is at everything, but is at heart, similar to Deku, as both idolize all-might and want to be the best hero ever. Sasuke's motivation is revenge, but little besides that, which is why he became kinda boring at the end of part 1 and totally retarded at the end of part 2.

Take stain for example, his actual quirk just involves his tongue, but his physical body looks much different than the average person. Same applies to his actual face. This is also the case for sad rock Do you think that he and bakugou both have a psuedo 'mutation' type quirks where the body is sliiightly above that of a normal humans body? Cause even stain is waaay to beast for his own good, taking out multiple high ranking heroes single handedly. He appears to have more than just average strength, being able to cut through solid ice mid air with relative ease

Judging from the All Might fight and hell even this fight with Deku, Bakugou seems to be able to take quite a lot of punishment before being put down. All Might had to beat him to sleep after he had already blown his own hands to kingdom come just to get him to stop fighting.
