Kyoani is the gold standard for business practices, and I think more studios ought to aspire to adopt the same methods. Khara and Science Saru are two that I see a lot of potential in, probably the ones where new announcements get me most excited. Trigger has a lot of guys I really like but they've only made shit so far.
