Why couldn't she speak with Jiji even after getting her powers back?

Watch the documentary
Jiji was able to speak thanks to his mana reservoir but that harlot whit cat stole it from him and snared him with a family
she didn't have power of disney dubbing
>In the original Japanese script, Kiki loses her ability to communicate with Jiji permanently, but the American version adds a line that implies that she is once again able to understand him at the end of the film.[46] Miyazaki has said that Jiji is the immature side of Kiki,[47] and this implies that Kiki, by the end of the original Japanese version, has matured beyond talking to her cat.

>muh metaphors over in-universe logic
This is how you know a movie is shit.

>in-universe logic
There's a difference between a metaphor and a nuanced truth.
The cat never talked in the first place. He's a fucking cat.

Kiki's a witch who defies gravity with a magical broom and the weirdest thing in the OP's picture is a talking cat?
This actually still triggers me a little bit. If she's supposed to embrace her magical side why should she lose the ability to talk to the cat?

Because she's no longer a virgin.

The presence of one absurdity in this film does not mean that there needs to be others by necessity.
Do you see the cat actually hold a back'n'forth conversation with someone besides Kiki? It's been a long ass time since I've seen it, but I'm almost positive that you don't.
Because she is a big girl now

and she needs a BIIIG cereal

It's because only witches can talk to animals.

Which one? What title
I refuse to accept miyashittys headcanon. I choose to continue with the one I've held all my life, thanks to the superior dub.
Not even a dubfag, totoro and the other movies are fine with subs I like the Japanese voices even if they aren't what I am used to from childhood, just this movie in particular the dub blows the original away. Kirsten Dunst sounds the cutest, and the ending song is better in English.

That's old man being old. He is so old fashioned that he believes children should stop doing anything they used to find fun once they reached adulthood. This pretty much meant he wants people to stop watching his movies once they reach 18.
