MC is a Japanese fighter pilot in WWII. He's sent on a suicidal mission that results in his death. To his surprise, however, he awakens as if nothing had happened, shortly before taking off. The cycle of deaths repeats, until MC figures out that his destiny is to win the war for Japan by doing the impossible and completing the mission in one piece. More missions follow, and MC uses all of his skill and wits to become the greatest pilot ever and change history.
The title is Re:Zero.

World ends, groups of people are sent back to the beginning of time with their bodies and memories intact. They either become “observers” or “historians” (placeholder name), able to either observe the changing landscapes of the world (similar to the God of the New Testament) or change the outcome of the world (similar to mythological gods or the God of the Old Testament). The show follows both an observer and a historian throughout the entire history of this new Earth. Other notes: observers are able to influence the world, but not directly. They can “descend” to Earth and attempt to cause the lifeforms (protozoan all the way to highest evolved life) to change the world on their own. Historians can also influence others to shape the world, but prefer to do it themselves. Both observers and historians are immortal, unaging, and unable to be seen unless they want to be. Though the observers and historians are not opposing factions, the two main characters have slightly different ideal visions of the world (neither good nor bad: there’s no real “protagonist” or “antagonist” in the series).

Either that or a school romcom without a confession and way too many misunderstandings to be realistic.

MC is a high schooler and serial killer who only kills females. One day, all the ghosts of those dead girls meet and decide to haunt MC's house until he goes insane. MC, who is a pretty normal guy when he is not killing, tries to coexist with them the best he can.
However, with the passage of time, the ghost girls start falling in love with MC.

Though the Groundhog Day cliche is stupid as fuck, I would seriously love to watch a show that heavily features dogfights. I can't really think of any dogfights that aren't mechas or magical girls. A fantasy world going through their equivalent of an industrial revolution. There's conflicting views between traditionalism versus progression, religion versus secularism, and the largest being magic versus technology, as recent, rapid advances in technology renders most magic useless. This creates a divide in the world between two groups, one that wants to preserve the values and customs of their culture, traditions, and religion, and uphold the practice of magic as it's deeply ingrained in their religion, and the second group wanting to focus more on the rapid development and advancement of society and technology, discard religion from everyday life, and throw magic aside as recent technology not only outclasses it, but is all around more convenient as well. The traditional faction is very nationalistic, and is mostly headed by those of Noble birth, and the occasional rich commoner. The progressive faction is much more globalist, and is mostly headed by disgruntled commoners.
Scattered throughout the world are mysterious, mega-constructs and ruins of the past, which most of modern man have built their civilization out of, despite being unable to access most the very intricate ruins they live in.
MC's an angry Noble who had his fortune robbed from him after Progressive politicians enacted laws in his home state that brought him down to the status of lowly commoners.
With great distaste for the way society's headed, he retreats to the one place he knows best, the uninhabited depths of the local ruins, deep underground, compared to the rest of his city whom live in ruins above ground. After getting lost in the labyrinthine ruins, he stumbles across a piece of ancient technology he's never seen before, a pilotable stone mech, that activates in response to magic.
After playing around with it in the ruins for a bit and realizing its potential as a weapon, he brings it to the surface to attempt to turn the tides of change into the Traditionalist Faction's favor.

Halfway through the plot, which is largely just back and forth warring and politics, more of the focus starts to revolve around the ruins and various, relics and artifacts, including the mech, of prehistoric times, and that there's matters far more pressing and urgent than the Traditionalists' and Progressive's quarreling.

The protagonists start out incapable of coherent speech, and the scientists do most of the talking. As the series progresses, so does their humanity.

The witch tells the girl that she does in fact know of a way for her to become immortal, and offers the girl a chance to be with her true love. The witch advises that during the ritual the girl must keep her heart and mind pure, or it will not work. The two proceed with the ritual, but halfway through the girl's heart is overcome with impure thoughts, and whilst she is now immortal, her heart and mind became slaves to anger, lust, and other impurities.

Seeing this, the Astrals become even angrier - now determined not only to punish their former comrade, but to eradicate the humans for attempting to reach immortality. The witch, feeling guilty for making things worse, activates a powerful spell to seal all of the immortals away, effectively killing them and ending the conflict.

While that is happening there is a side story which focuses around four of THE smartest scientists in the world and their creation of the God Complex. The God Complex is four items created by each respected scientist which when all four is in possession the person becomes a God. The Hands of Creation, the Prodigical Eyes, the Timetraveler's pocket watch, and the Reaper's Arms are what makes the God Complex. One of the scientists is a male Briton who wants to make the world a better place, the second is hyperintelligent female Soviet-Kazahk science officer who is just following orders from the Kremlin, the third is a male Japanese mathematician who was brought in to help by request of his friend the Briton, and finally the fourth is a female Dutch scientist who is a traitor who wants to take over the world. At the final part of the first arc the two stories will combine and the Japanese and Soviet scientists will try to avenge the death of the Briton with the help of MC, her rivals and enemies, and the man who set her back on the right path of justice to prevent the traitor from triggering WWIII and the end of the world. A shonen fighting anime where people fights with strategies. All characters are commanders and generals with armies in charge, and we see how they prepare for different battles in different scenarios: sieges, open battles, guerilla warfare, taking and defending cities and even some naval battle.

The main character could be Sun Tzu, as he was when he was 18, 20 years old and starting his career (failing that, you can claim he was a girl and make her cute and all). Most battles would illustrate his points from The Art of War, and also would be recreations of great battles and conflicts from history. You could also introduce other cultures and their famous commanders, an Age of Empires anime if you want.

They have huge moral questions to argue about. The clones ARE people, are they expendable? If you die but there are still clones of you around, are you dead (spoiler: yes)? What IS "you" anyway?

Some characters could treat them as sort of siblings, others might expect them to take orders from the "prime," still others might become a creepy sort of hive mind where they don't see themselves as individuals at all.

One character is a massive narcissist to begin with and has a messed up self-poly relationship with themselfs.

It would be about the recent events. A graduate going into college and the setting would be based around the elections. At first, the student was on the leftist side of mindset. Over time, he became red-pilled. He laughed at the presidency and the future elect, and as the fated day was arriving, he became more skeptical of everything. Eventually, he began to notice the pure bullshit and hypocrisy of everything and everyone within the media and politics. The people who spout justice and preach are hypocrites, the needy have no where else to really rely on, and there are those who are cynical towards everything. In the end, hypocrisy is what continues to exist and apathy is what makes you see the truth. There, a cynical anime with a social commentary of hypocrisy with today's events.

Fantasy Isekai with Takeuchi-P where he scares people and becomes a bard popularizing idols from girls from different races.

A group of NEETs get transported into a magical fantasy world, battling over waifus and territory. The twist is that it's literally a virtual world and everyone else there has no real character, and it's just a scheme by the Japanese government to put otakus to use by pitting them against each other in a televised hunger games-style thing

A girl finds a magical animal that tells her to become a magical girl to fight evil monsters. But when she finds out the said 'monsters' are tentacle monsters, she runs away, thinking she'll get into some eroge shenanigans if she doesn't.

The transforming magic instead hits one of the tentacle monsters, which surprisingly turns IT into a magical girl and grants it sentience. 'She' gets attacked by her former brethren, and is forced to defeat the monsters before 'she' herself gets raped.

To the horror of everyone involved, the new magical girl turns back to a tentacle monster (albeit still with sentience) if she switches her henshin off. So the tentacle girl and the first girl now has to live together and have wacky SoL episodes of accidental tentacle-ing each other while fighting monsters.

In Alternate Earth, Magic & Battle Academy have been erected to protect humanity. However, MC is not employed on one of those schools. Instead, he learn how to fight and do magic in unorthodox way : adapting, combining, and even crafting new magic from each academy. In fact, MC lives his life as a Hunter (which is seen as an obsolete job in this world).

Hailed from a hunting village on northern continent, MC usually partakes in hunting beasts, monster, or animals with the remaining elders in that village, as most of the residents already migrated to the main city or central continent.Until one day, a mysterious elder invites him to become the Craft Watcher, a mysterious and discreet organization whose purpose to observe and keep an eye on Magic Academies then report it back to the organization. In case of emergency or severe accident occur in those school, Craft Watchers will be dispatched into said school and neutralize the situation, without being recognized (meaning he has to go undercover, just think this as Secret Service for Magic).

Feeling bored and languid in the village, MC agree to join said organization and will be given the code name "Kothar" (Or Kotaro in Nihon, MC's real name will not be revealed for a long time). Now MC, along with the other Craft Watchers, will travel the entire world to visit Magic Academy then observe the situation in there. While at it, MC will learn Magic or Battle of the said school, which he will use for daily hindrance in his task. The other job is to seek illegal, forbidden or obscure Magic Academies that have stayed hidden somewhere in this world then ban them down (or destroy them if they resist).

The usual anime failure-and-unpopular-but-have-hidden-skill-and-will-attract-girls school boy will attend in one of those school, together with their harem hijinks and other kind of shit that you've usually seen in LN. But the point of view will be taken from our new MC.

A story about how anime and manga gets banned by the Japanese government under the context of it killing today's youth.

All the studios/publishing companies becomes a mafia like entity, rivaling the Yakuza and operates underground.

MC is a shut in NEET who together with other NEETs in his apartment complex saw this opportunity and form a small gang who works for these studios in smuggling and selling their products on the streets.

The story is basically the MC, his NEET neighbor and a third character who is a Yakuza enforcer who under the orders of his family boss are trying get into the manga/anime business. They go around selling them to clients in which many of the deals will go well but some of them will go wrong like dealing with a couple of otakus who wants to rip them off, nearly getting caught by an undercover agent etc. Hijinks ensue.

Towards the middle of the show, MC becomes an incredibly rich gangster but something still doesn't feel right and his curiosity leads him to find out about the real reason why anime and manga were banned in the first place.

Its about a guy who tries to do everything right and does but misfortune strikes all he holds dear.

And it is revealed that the world is indeed a huge conspiracy and there are aliens and shit.

After a major war starts putting the death toll in the hundreds of millions, a serum is created to create super soldiers.
However, said serum resembles a virus more than anything else. At first, it works. The soldiers that are "infected" with the serum display massively increased strength and speed, almost no fear, increased intelligence and heightened senses.
However, after a massive turn about in the war due to the super soldiers, the serum is stolen, the researchers and agents involved in the secret program are killed and all traces of the program are destroyed. The soldiers no longer exist as their records were deleted after the destruction of the program.
Soon after however, the soldiers start to show symptoms of "infection". The soldiers infected with it start to resemble vampires more than humans.
They start believing themselves higher than humans and start to create societies and cliques.

The war ends soon after and ten years go by. Vampires are known to the world, and most believe they're just like the fairy tails and stories, ancient monsters thousands of years old, and not just lab experiments gone wrong. From the original lab experiment, there originally only existed 300 Vampires. However, after 10 years, there now exists roughly 30,000. However, only purebloods (the original super soldiers) can create more vampires. However, all Vampires get a special ability. Each ability is random, and although it's rare, a Turned Vampire can become stronger than a Pureblood like this.

The story follows a pureblood who has all but given up on society. A writer who lives in a large apartment in an abandoned part of the city. And his best friend, another pureblood who controls the vampire population in the city with the largest vampire population.

No idea what it'd be about. Though I was kinda going toward an underworld vampire political situation. Wherein Vampire Kingpin always keeps harassing his writer friend who has an insanely powerful ability to help him.

I might actually do this as a throwaway practice fic. There's a lot of interesting interactions going on. BUT, I need some sort of explanation as to how the kids get their OP powers in the first place. Still brainstorming on that. A second minor issue is coming up with a way to counter the obvious but increasingly boring get-waifu-close-and-backstab strategy in a way that makes sense.

By far the biggest problem is explaining how the fuck the Isekai MCs get their OP powers in the first place. If this was an organized invasion, why the fuck would you use random kids plucked off the street instead of giving the powers to special forces personnel? Even as an infiltration, it doesn't make much sense. Plus why send them in one by one to mingle with the populace, why not an entire squad with relevant skills to establish an FOB?

I'm trying to make a Manchurian-candidate style theory, but the answer is probably going to have something to do with the bullshit nature of magic. I cant think of any way technology can grant "ability consumption"-style powers. It's very strange because I see the entire plot gradually shifting from fantasy into scifi over its course.
