For anyone who cares, here are some volume 11 spoilers up to what I've read so far (about 2/3 of chapter 1)

Most of the beginning is a super streamlined version of the WN (with some rearranged scenes). The biggest changes so far are

1) Garfiel doesn't tell Subaru he smells the witch scent on him (but he still cockblocks him when he offers to take the trials in Emilia's place)

2) Subaru doesn't ask the clown about Emilia's past, so all that exposition about elves and the freezing of the forest is gone.

and most importantly 3) as people probably guessed from the pictures, Ram is accompanying Subaru to the mansion. BUT, it was actually the clown's idea for him to take Ram (because of the whole "Frederica is sooo suspicious" thing). So if Ram does end up getting killed by Elsa, I guess that's another loop where the clown just threw Ram away.
