It was entertaining, easily the best one out of all the Kamisato related volumes. Fran ends up being the best girl from his faction and Touma was pretty ruthless this time around. My only gripe is that there should have been some better developments with Mikoto. Now there's a high chance the next volume will take place outside of AC and it feels like the AAA hype was a waste.

And before anyone jumps at me, I'm not talking about Touma having to fight off Kamisato's harem but more in how they basically just let Kamisato ride off into the sunset and had Yuuitsu killed offscreen. These two were built up pretty significantly and to have them handled in such a lackluster way just felt stupid to me.

She's one of those characters that seems whimsical and crazy, but is actually very sure in her methods and knows exactly what she's doing. It makes a nice change from the other villains who every action is done for the sake of their plan.

For Kyousuke yes, due to how the summoning system works non-summoners/vessel can't remember a summoner or vessel while they're not in their vision and Kyousuke's policy is to release the people he saves back into the normal world after he's done (the awards that determine if a human can be remembered is mostly tied to the summoner). The entire plot is about the relationship between Kyousuke and the Queen, the others are there for the theme of the summoning system.

Finished volume 3. I liked Biondetta's character mirroring Kyousuke and thought she was a devious cunt, but then ending x-02 happened and the White Queen shat all over them all which was great. Shame that Isabelle won't be recurring, I liked her design.

I was planning on pacing myself with the next two volumes but that ending and curiosity about the siblings project makes me want to get through this quick. Sasuga White Queen, Kamachi did good with this character.

I don't mind series staying around for long though, as long as I like it and it stays creative. Repetition is what kills long series, which is the one thing Kamachi doesn't really suffer from. Random quality drops/increases perhaps, but it's usually something new every time.
