Not really, anons here are really over-emphasizing the whole DnD aspect of the story.

I'll explain in more detail.

'Fantasy' is the god responsible for all the good things that happen in the world, every miracle, every predestined hero who shows up with prodigious levels of talent and power. Basically everything "Fantastical" and "Miraculous" is her doing.

Reality is the god in control of basically everything else, he's literally the god of reality itself. As his deal is cold, hard reality he quite enjoys messing up Fantasy's miracles and heroes, bringing everything crashing back down to what should realistically happen within the context of the world.

It is worth mentioning that neither of these gods can directly intervene in the world. They merely "Roll the dice" to determine the outcomes of the innumerable factors in a given situation that are influenced by chance.

Priestess was originally one of Fantasy's heroes, however she was essentially a failure, Reality intervened to ruin her destined rise as a hero.

Goblin Slayer is an ordinary human, however he's a human who is so unbelievably careful, who puts so much effort into preparation and caution that he doesn't allow either of the gods to intervene in his actions. He's simply too focused, too careful, too prepared, they can't influence his destiny at all. He just doesn't leave anything to chance so they can't influence him.

Goblin Slayer intervened AFTER Reality had set the Priestess on a course that would lead to her death (through a chance encounter with that careless party and a number of other 'rolls' going badly for Fantasy). Basically Priestess was supposed to die, but Goblin Slayer saved her because he isn't influenced by destiny, however Fantasy abandoned her anyway at this point, since her teaming up with GS means that controlling her destiny and guiding her to become a hero would be all but impossible now. So she chose another hero who hasn't shown up in the manga yet.

Honestly it's hard to describe the gods of the GS series in terms of good and evil, they're both very abstract in their behaviors and attitudes. Fantasy wants good things to happen in the world but she's not overly bothered when things don't work out because she can just try again. Reality meanwhile is just all about hammering home the fact that this is how a real world should work and that Fantasy's ideas of heroes and miracles are unrealistic and silly.
