Shit I'm avoiding spoilers as much as I can but I hope someone can translate the scans in the next hours, I can't wait to be depressed.
Yuuna can officialy join the awesome fight club now.
Man, that was brutal.
>spats with pantsu outline
>bra visible through shirt
Why would Hinata allow this?
Just trying to cope with the suffering
Takashima probably has the most attack power.
Karin is probably the most skilled fighter.
Gin is probably the one with the most GUTS.
Tamako can try and paralyze them with laughter with her puns I guess?
Wow, no respect for the deceased.
From what we currently know, Mankai is more powerful than the normal Trump Cards and maybe equal on power or still a little better than the forbidden Trump Cards.
So if Karin goes Mankai and keeps a good distance from Shuten Doji Takashima, Karin could actually win.
On the other hand (no pun intended) Takashima get Karin on her range, Takashima wins.
Its probably the most badass Picture in this Novel since Takashima using her first fairy.
Is there any description how wakabe looks using the other forbidden fairy?
Whats that fairy anyway?
Tamako is pretty strong when dealing with numerous stardust or really big targets, but when you pit Yuusha against Yuusha I think she would be on the nearer to the lower end of the power level spectrum. For one, she would probably waste all of her energy going all out with big, flashy, but easily avoidable attacks.
Takashima dies right away because her cowtits are a perfect target for plucking. Karin is second to go because she's off balance from all her useless meat. Gin's chest isn't aerodynamic enough to keep up during the battle and gets plucked as well. Tama wins without even breaking a sweat (thanks to her slender and extremely attractive physique) and is victoriously carried back to her home on the backs of fallen megalopoli, where Anzu (wearing nothing but an apron) awaits her with a grand feast of udon and honetsukidori made from chick meat. The vertex flee the planet in fear and Amaterasu herself burns her bra in shame over her disgustingly large cup size. Anzu asks Tama ta marry her and she says yes and they have many children and live happily ever after.
I wonder who could be behind this post.
And Yuuna is suffering on the outside, being turned to mincemeat and all.
>honetsukidori made from chick meat

After Sonoko After (Set Up for NoWaYu)
VN are extras of Slice of Life.
First Set before Epiosde 5
Second Set after Sonoko After or so.
Actually if you look at the arrows, only Niboshi x Tougou is mutual. Basically, in Sonoko's fantasies Tougou and Karin get together to console each other about how they can't get past Yuuna's denseness.
Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha-bu Shozoku ch.10. Last page.
>Nibosshi-chan --> Yuuyu
>Wasshi --> Yuuyu
Yes, that's the only double headed arrow.
Will she ever pair anyone with herself?
Same person theory gained some strength to me when I was re-watching YuYuYu. Specifically in the scene leading up to Yuuna's first transformation. There's a very curious moment when Yuuna almost loses her shit after Tougou asks her to run away and leave her behind. Yuuna is about to reply "There's no way I'd ever leave a friend behind." but she stops short at the first words as if something has just occurred to her, then she recollects herself and says the full line in a more calm and determined manner. It really feels like she's remembering some past experience at that moment.
The translator mistook the 'tomodachi wo' for a 'tomodachi yo' there and translated the first thing she says as simply "We're friends!" rather than an incomplete sentence, but it's pretty obvious she stops mid sentence if you watch the scene, and you can hear the 'wo' pretty clearly.
Anyway, it's really worth watching. I got goosebumps watching the scene imagining that was Takashima there. YuYuYu is known to be filled with these subtle little hints here and there, so I don't think I'm reaching too far.
I don't think she's been killed off for good, she hasn't done anything to warrant her being reborn (or whatever) over any of the others yet and she hasn't done enough interesting things as far as the plot goes either. Takashima will be back, one way or another.
>Yuuna is about to reply "There's no way I'd ever leave a friend behind." but she stops short at the first words as if something has just occurred to her, then she recollects herself and says the full line in a more calm and determined manner. It really feels like she's remembering some past experience at that moment.
Eh, I would think it's just her trying to look cool despite being scared shitless. It's the same when they first got into Jukaika.
>Might be the last month before the mystery is revealed
I don't know, they seem to like keeping things ambiguous and not actually revealing everything. There's a good chance we won't see Yuuna again and the rest of the story focuses on Wakaba and destroying the world.
>The translator mistook the 'tomodachi wo' for a 'tomodachi yo' there and translated the first thing she says as simply "We're friends!" rather than an incomplete sentence
I don't think this is a translation mistake so much as a necessary change in sentence structure so it makes sense in English. The translator can't go "There's no way I'd ever leave a..." or something like that because it conveys a different set of meaning from seeing "friend", but on the other hand there's no way to write this sentence in English having "friend" at the start of it, because the object has to go at the end. So the only way is to rewrite the sentence in a way that carries the meaning of not abandoning Tougou because we're friends but still has the word friend in it, and this achieves that.
Introspection as in comparing whether losing Tougou or fighting the Vertex is more scarier? If she really did have recalled some of Takashima's experience at that moment then she shouldn't be so naive and carefree in the second fight. They may be the same person, sure, but I don't think she was recalling any shit at that early point in the story.
You mean no
RESPECT FOR THE DEAD GIRLS
I don't know, to me it seems like the first time she says the line she was just saying it as a reflex reply to Tougou, but the second time it feels like she's saying it to herself, as if she had left her friends behind once and doesn't want to do it again. In short, what I'm trying to say is that I watch that scene and I find it very easy to see it as Yuuna being hit by a pang of survivors guilt. Of course, I'm not sure of anything, just speculating here.
I'm going to be seriously annoyed if it's just reincarnation after they went and told us it was something crazy beyond all our expectations at the start.
And for that matter, what was the point of all of the mystery about her background and blood type and so on if there's nothing special about her different to any of the other 300-years-ago heroes. And whatever the connection, if Takashima is the original and there was nothing special about her 300 years ago, what is it that makes our Yuuna special (strongest potential, only identical reincarnation, personal crest Mankai, nuked Vertex core with her touch, etc.) in the current timeline?
That's why I'm sure she isn't staying dead. She hasn't earned her death, she's barely even been a character so far. They wouldn't drag the mystery out for so long then just drop it like this. If they have then I'm going to be pretty mad about it.
>I'm going to be seriously annoyed if it's just reincarnation after they went and told us it was something crazy beyond all our expectations at the start.
We're talking Takahiro. You shouldn't have expected some grand shit like that, no matter what they say.
She's deader than dead.
The Nogi bloodline needs to continue...
Its like Bunbun is feeling the need to compete with Micharu now.
Even showing Wakaba's vulva outline printing on her shorts.
My current half-baked theory is that the difference will be that Yuuna was so close to Shinju that she was absorbed bodily while she was still barely alive, whereas for the others it was after they died. They went through the usual wheel of rebirth and were reborn, but Yuuna was barred since she's not dead on a technicality, so when she managed to come back however, she's still the same person minus the memories (which seem like they might be resurfacing anyway).
The only problem is that it doesn't explain anything about Takashima's weirdness, just Yuuki's. That was what was so nice about the time-travel theories; you could explain both character's oddities as a result of their connection to the other, but with a linear timeline you only get Yuuki's.
Also, plot twist: Wakaba->Tougou, Chikage->Karin.
Come on, anon. It was already said on these threads that Bakaba was Sonoko-looking Wasshi and that Chikage was a Tougou-looking Karin since almost the beginning of the LNs. That's hardly a twist.
Tama --> Gin (Is an older sister, just like she wished for)
Anzu --> Itsuki (Is a younger sister)
Shiratori --> Fuu (Unnecessary Phallic Imagery)
Also, Shinju is a god with great powers, but he reincarnating Tama as a tall person like Fuu is pushing it too far.
This can't fucking be, I refuse to believe that
Yuuna has died. They can't even make a proper story with just 2 characters. There is just no way. The "absorption" is just a cliffhanger that turns into her discovering mankai or some shit in the next chapter or it will seriously break my heart. I don't want all this suffering shit anymore.
Not sure how Hinata can ever be in any danger given how she can't go into the fights with the Vertex and there's no precedent of any threat outside of Vertex attacks and other heroes.
>Takashima is "dead"
>Leo attacks and Wakaba has to fight it alone
>She somehow manages to defeat it but not before it has destroyed Marugame castle and a large part of the city
>Jukaika undone, Hinata and all the Taisha members in the castle are buried under tons of debris
That said, Hinata still hasn't done anything noteworthy yet so I don't think she will die anytime soon.
>spats with pantsu outline
Its a shame we dont get to see the ass. Spats/leggings with vpl is pretty much nonexistent in anime/manga.
Thong outline is best though such a thing is liteally nonexistent even in fanart
Well, it seems that as I thought, after Chii-chan's dead, bothing else in the LN can make me feel any worse. In fact, while many are in fear or denial because of
Takashima's apparent dead, I'm dissonantly happy. I think this LN broke long ago me and I'm just like pic related now.
I can't believe Takashima was such a pure girl. Really expected her to snap.
I never got into the Takashima is creepy wagon, but I do think they are overplaying her perfection. At least this time they accepted Yuuna keeps too much to herself to avoid issues, unlike in the show, where she got away with a lot of questionable behavior.
I wonder how they're going to have NoWaYu impact the future Yuushas. It's hard to imagine S2 is going to ignore that they found the hero diaries, but then again, they also have to assume that a great part of the viewers haven't read NoWaYu, so they can't go too deep into it.
The thing is, as >>151481935 said, pretty much the entire diary is blacked out, with only a few dates from the year 99 and the picture of Wakaba. The only way they would know about the events from NoWaYu is that somehow Yuuna tells them, and that only applies if Yuuna gets all of Takashima's memories and not just a few vague ones and if Yuuna decides to apply the tenet of "If you're troubled, talk to someone." on herself.
I don't remember this scene from Izetta
So, who's with me in destroying this wretched world through mutual assured destruction if Karin dies in S2? I'm still willing to go throught it.
Christmas 2014: Yuna goes into a coma, but Christmas is saved in the end.
Christmas 2015: Yuna goes into a coma and the team is fractured. Christmas is a downer.
Christmas 2016: Yuna gets turned into mincemeat. Christmas is ruined.
What will happen on Christmas 2017?
>Christmas 2014: YUUKI Yuuna goes into a coma, but Christmas is saved in the end.
>Christmas 2015: TAKASHIMA Yuuna goes into a coma and the team is fractured. Christmas is a downer.
>Christmas 2016: TAKASHIMA Yuuna gets turned into mincemeat. Christmas is ruined.
Maybe Yuuki Yuuna saves christmas again in S2.
Realistically speaking how could they even win against the Vertex (Heavenly gods)?
Let's say they manage to beat the vertex and stop them from forming again. How would they fix that little problem of the earth being giant ball of fire? How could they convince the Heavenly Gods of not creating another thing to wipe out humanity again?
Something something virgin sacrifices.
Exactly the point, that's why I said "and that only applies if". They have better chances by trying to get the information directly from Taisha than Yuuna actually saying anything related to the events of NoWaYu.
Let's take bets to where Chikage's corpse is. My bet is that they're planning on using the Heroes corpses to strengthen the barrier somehow and they only took Chikage's corpse back after releasing it because they were desperate.
A reminder that Wakaba will eventually marry a man and continue the Nogi bloodline.
>implying she won't also die in the last chapter and the one from the photo is a clone
Mitcher's put out a new YunaTogo dojin. It's futa.
I know this is off-topic, but here's a new reaction image to replace you're current one.
What do you care if I like dicks on my yuushas?
Futa and urination make up a pretty significant portion of his R-18 YuYuYu stuff though, at least on pixiv (and I assume there isn't THAT much more on twitter). Besides, just because it could be worse doesn't mean I'm not gonna complain about it, even though complaining about it here isn't gonna fix anything.
Yuusha are for cute, not lewd.
I have vowed to never fap to the yuushas, but that doujin is seriously testing my resolve right now
The pleasure of sharing a bath with Itsuki every single evening
Eh, in my opinion, this chapter was quite harmless.
I remember someone saying Itsuki ships Karin x Fuu, am I remembering wrong or it does happen?
>he still believes
So, how does anything that happened in this issue explain how the world ended up in fire?
If anything, it makes it harder to explain how the Earths mantle became exposed- other than the original speculation that it was just from the Stardust eating the planet down to the mantle over 300 years.
I think the second plan will be something hugely dickish that leaves the heroes out to dry, and the real source of everything is fire will be Wakaba or Hinata's massive "fuck you" to it.
I mean, I can handle sad shit happening as long as things work out at least better in the end.
They all fucking die don't they? God dammit.
I am slightly suspicious of your motivations.
Well. Do you mean YuYuYu, or do you mean the spinoff materials (in particular, NoWaYu, the latest chapter of which the bulk of the thread was spent reacting to)? It makes a big difference.
It's a healing anime anon
Does this look like tragedy to you
I guess I'll just watch YuYuYu then and call it good unless I'm totally sucked in somehow.
1 ep in and I've already decided Yuuna and Togo are best girls, so I REALLY hope this is exactly what it looks like.
The best girl hasn't even shown up yet
>"Here, have some of Hinata's special sports drink. You need to stay hydrated."
>Yuuna took the bottle from Wakaba and drank from it.
>After Yuuna finished drinking, Wakaba retrieved the bottle and put her lips to it.
>BUNBUN drew Wakaba with two different bottles
Why is he such a bullshit illustrator?
>Wakaba wore a baseball cap and jeans, accessorized with oversized sunglasses covering her eyes, a large surgical mask enveloping her mouth, and her sword in hand.
>Yuuna was wearing a mask. Not a surgical mask, but a tokusatsu TV show hero mask like the ones you can buy at festivals.
Insults to BUNBUN-sama will not be tolerated. BUNBUN is god.
>Tougou is Shinju's messiah
>Yuuna is Shinju
This might work out after all.
BUNBUN tried very hard to draw the eyes
and the underwearproperly so please don't be mean to him
Hope this hashtag catches on.
Togo's arms are stretched behind her before you get smart. No artist is perfect.
ISTR the exact opposite, in the context of Gin never coming back (even as one of Karin's fairies), because the Shinju don't have the powers of life and death like that.
In one of the three bonus chapters that take place after WaSuYu. Can't recall which.
What is said is that not even the Shinju-Sama can bring the dead back. Yet it is also established it holds power over the afterlife.
Anyway, the whole point is, I don't think what happened between TakaYuu and the tree is special... yet.
All the opposite. I think what happened to her is most definitely special. It probably happened because she was using the demon-lord fairy and was really close to Shinju when she died. It didn't even look like she was fully dead as she was absorbed.
Okay, my mistake, it was not Sonoko who said it, but the Taisha.
>After continuing to cry over Gin, Sumi and Sonoko’s tears finally stopped. Gin’s soul had
been embraced by the Shinju-sama, and was now watching over their efforts. That was
what Sensei told them.
This makes it less reliable, but still, considering the tree is said to be the lord of the afterlife, and is shown absorbing the light orb thing that was released by the soul of the Vertex, I can't help but to think what happened wasn't special.
>It was Yuuna. She took one look at Wakaba and Hinata and froze for just a second before beginning to gently close the door.
>"Sorry. I'll come back later."
>"Wait, Yuuna! It's okay! Now's fine!"
>Wakaba stopped Yuuna from leaving and brought her inside the room.
luckily Chikage won't read this chapter.
This is going to hurt, but thank you, /a/non.
Fuck you Virgo
Fuck you Cancer
Fuck you Pisces
>My birthday is
January 11. Blood type A. My hobby is... martial arts, I guess?
>1, 11, 111, and 1111 in Angel Numbers all mean: "Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts are manifesting instantly into form. Focus only upon your desires and not upon your fears.
>If she were to close her eyes now, they would probably never open again.
>Just then, she felt a warmth envelop her body. It was a strange sensation, as if something were melting into her.
>(Shinju... sama...? Am I... going inside... the Shinju-sama...?)
So she wasn't dead yet when she started getting absorbed by the Shinju. Still, I don't think she's coming back any time soon. She'll probably remain there for 300 years and then reincarnate in a new body, becoming Yuuki Yuuna.
In any case, this is diffidently an special, unique case.
>Neither the common Vertexes, nor any of the other three giant Vertexes approached the Shinju. Not a single one. Perhaps Wakaba had defeated them all.
What's the deal with Wakaba? Why is she so powerful?
>It was Anzu and Tama the ones who first set up reincarnation
They just talking about it. There's no confirmation that reincarnation is a thing besides Yuuna's particular case.
She said perhaps because she's not watching the fight so she doesn't know for certain. I doubt it means more than that. Next chapter will probably start with Yuuna's funeral or something.
>Wakaba on the other hand imbued herself with the great demon rivaling the gods, the Maen king, "Daitengu", who in legend burned the heavenly world to ash in one night.
Everything will be fire!
That would still leave the question of how Wakaba was able to defeat the three vertexes apparently easily enough to be able to fight Leo. It's possible they skip it but it'd be better if they didn't.
Jesus fuck no. What about the barrier, the fire, Hinata doing something, Aki doing something, Chikage's corpses location being discovered, the Taisha name change and the totally different way they behave in year 300, the civilian reaction, the Nogi family taking over the Taisha, dropping some hints about why the year 300 Heroes have so many similarities to the Christian era Heroes etc. etc.? If they don't cover at least half of this it'd be a rushed mess of an ending that'd make episode 12 look perfect.
It would be cool if Hinata gets to do something before the end but it's unlikely. As for the rest of your questions, there might be some narration answering some of them at the end or in an epilogue thing. I wouldn't expect too much in that respect though. Ultimately this novel is just Wakaba's story, not the story of how Taisha became what it is in Yuuki Yuuna's time.
How much info does the Yushabu actually get from the hero diary compared to what we get to see in NoWaYu? The hero diary is probably censored to hell and back and there's no way Takashima wrote all that stuff she thought about at the end.
This felt really fitting for a final battle for Yuuna, like, I couldn't think a better way to write a final battle for her, all her dialogue and thoughts were perfect for the occasion, even better than when she defeated Leo in the anime.
>there are people in this very thread who thought that Takashima was evil
APOLOGIZE RIGHT NOW
I wonder why its taken so long for people to draw Yuusha Yakuza.
With Sonoko there now, the idea of a "Nogi family mob" seems to be a natural fit.
Ten was the number of different ways she tried to off herself. 29 was the number of ways she thought of hurting the person who gave Yuuna the love letter.
>29 was the number of ways she thought of hurting the person who gave Yuuna the love letter.
Isn't it the number of revenge plans against the person who sent their club a spam email in VN1?
>She felt intense resentment and indignation.
>She resented the adults who tried to make her fight. She resented the Vertexes. She detested the very world itself for being broken.
>Her heart filled with resentment at the incomprehensible
I think this chapter is the creepiest she's been yet.
Not evil, just twisted, like Chikage. And she was, as we saw, but her courage triumphed over al.
Which is actually pretty damn bad. Her fight had all the elements that made Gin's and Karin's painful, except some of these aspects were expanded. Instead of thinking about her baby brother and friends, she thinks about every fucking one that was important and nice to her. It's soul crushing.
The problem is. If Takashima had issues, Yuuki would have someone to contrast to, but with this development, what can Yuuki even fucking do? Takashima is as pure as it can be, and endured a fight as harsh as it could be. What is left for Yuuki to do? In fact, why the fuck didn't the Shinju-sama come to believe in Mankind's courage with Takashima?
>why the fuck didn't the Shinju-sama come to believe in Mankind's courage with Takashima?
He probably did and that's why he decided to take her in instead of letting her die for real.
Chikage was already emotionally fragile and unstable. The fact that even the mind of a purer-than-pure girl like Yuuna's could be corrupted shows just how heroic Chikage actually was.
Yuuna didn't actually do anything though, she just briefly had dark thoughts cross her mind. Nothing wrong with that. Chikage, on the other hand, almost killed those villagers and Wakaba.
Anyone can have times where they're struggling emotionally, but a real hero will overcome them and not give in to despair.
I mean, it was the reason given, though Sonoko could be wrong.
Or maybe Yuuki surviving whatever the touch of the Leo Core caused made him go like "You know, I need to rely more on this girl."
Shinjuu is stuck in a difficult position. To form the barrier for humans the gods not only had to merge into one entity but render themselves immobile to do it.
They have to depend on humans to be their arms and legs. The Taisha as individuals exploit that to gather power for themselves. As both adults and as people who were important in the old world they frequently cannot curb their emotional desire to impose their will on the situation, usually causing a fuck up.
But its very hard for adults to take orders from kids or understand that they are less important than kids. Their emotional need to control things causes them to interfere with the connection between Shinjuu and the Yuusha.
BTW the barrier works because Shinto gods cannot kill each other. The worst the Shinto gods can do to each other is pitch one out into the Void beyond the edge of the Universe to float in complete sensory deprivation. This is not perminant, Susano-o has been kicked out and then rescued by other gods. Gods fight each other primarily by destroying each others works- which is why the earth is filled with disasters and humanity suffers.
Its best to consider the barrier as being made up OF the bodies of the gods, holes can be made in it by separating pieces apart, but it cannot be destroyed. Thus the celestial gods cannot reach Shikouku physically except by having Vertexes breach what are essentially seams between gods bodies and funneling through those little holes which Shinjuu can usually contain in the Juukai pocket dimension.
P A C H I N K O
I always thought the manga is in a different Magazine than the LN and 4koma and that one got published early this month so the NoWaYu manga should be comming out sometime tomorrow?
Needs to be updated. Or actually, simplified.
I've never understood why there are people who call Tougou by her first name Mimori. It just feels so unnatural, no one in the show ever calls her that. You could almost forget she has a name other than Tougou, it appears so infrequently.
>I've never understood why there are people who call Tougou by her first name Mimori.
I speak English, not Nip Nog, that's why. In English land we call people by their first name.
When Yuuna and Tougou get married, Yuuna is taking the Tougou name so she will have to learn to call Tougou Mimori, without honorifics.
Tougou isn't the cute type though, she's the sexy mature yamato nadeshiko type, so Tougou fits her a lot better than Mimori.
Yuuna's idea. She calls Tougou Tougou because she said she liked the sound of her name.
So she will become Tougou Yuuna- but then she will have to learn to use Mimori, which will be hard for her.
