1. She never comprises her morals. That's a major part of her character and the reason for the current conflict (as she refuses to escape without saving everyone).

2. It's a Jump manga. No bad ends.

That said, I could see her become a Mama as a means to an end (and I'd almost expect it - the whole "other side of being a Mama" stuff is a gold mine for new chapters). Something like using Mama-hood to infiltrate the Demon's security.

We got a very small data pool, but I tried to do a simple calculation:

- There are at least 581 numbers in 20 years between Ray and Isabella, so 581/20=29,05 kids/year.
- Following the same reasoning, between 10 and 11 years old there's a rate of 38 kids/year, between 10 and 7 29,6 kids/year, between 7 and 6 39 kids/year, between 6 and 4 29,5 kids/year, and between 4 and 1 30,6 kids/year.

So we have:

- 20 --> 29,05
- 1 --> 38
- 3 --> 29,6

Almost every value is around 30, except for the cases where there is only one year between the 2 samples, and the error is at maximum, since we have few data.

So, Krone revealed a couple of things this chapter:

>Mama's and Mama's in training get a chip on their heart that can both kill them if they leave their designated area and
>send a message to the demons if their heart stops

So, which one(s) of these are lies? The mama thing is probably true, we've seen Isabella say something about escaping and she has the tattoo too. Which also means that the "we can't leave our designated areas" thing is true too.

So is the 'the demons will know if we die' thing a lie, then? It's the most convenient fact out of the three of them for Krone's plans, that's for sure. Since that just cut off one of their big chances to escape safely, and I'm sure that Krone has realized the physical threat the kids pose to her after that game of tag.

The problem is though that this won't change anything - doubtlessly Norman and probably Ray have already considered this possibility since they found out that they all have chips - not a stretch to assume that something similar could exist for the Mamas. So even though it might be a lie they can't exactly take the risk. It'll be interesting for us to see if it turns out to be true or not, though - maybe a scenario where Krone dies due to accident or them being forced into a direct confrontation as they're escaping, and then them operating under the false assumption that the demons are now after them? Or if it is true, ramping up the stakes for the demons coming after them that much sooner?

I'm expecting no more than 10 children escaping at best, probably the ones already named, and at least one of the main five to be left behind so we may have another point of view in the future.

On shosekiranking Neverland was 111st in the week between 19th and 25th of december, so it sold between 13200 and 7000 copies, probably around 10k. so they should have sold around 75k copies out of the 120k original print, in a total of 24 days. Not bad.

It's never been mentioned at all by anyone, and it seems like a pretty important detail.
