Saver is the messiah class, it's Buddha, Jesus and Mohammed.

Gods/divine spirits cannot be summoned in the rules of the NORMAL grail war (like Fuyuki) but different forms of the servant summoning system like the one in Prisma's parallel world (they're not even really summoning servants, just their powers) and Grand Order have different rules which is why Chaldea can summon Artemis and Ishtar and Sthenno and Euryale and will probably end up with Ereshkigal and possibly Tiamat.

It's been established by Prototype that ultimately Beasts are just a servant class.

And the Beasts aren't inherently beasts, they gain that class through doing stuff. Goetia only became one after Solomon died and he started his time travel plan, and Tiamat only become one after she came back from the imaginary number world. So it's completely possible that we just summon her in a different class.

Besides, we already have Mother Harlot as not one but TWO servants, and there are three playable Tamamos when CCC suggested that she could become a Beast too.

The "of Gaia" part is part of his nature. But Beasts are a type of servant with their own spiritual foundation, that's why Manaka can summon 666 in the first place. The biggest difference is that they have bigger containers like Grands and can summon themselves (self manifestation class skill).
