The delay is most likely due to Fujiwara's hospitalization. Unfortunately he plays a major character who is likely to be in almost every episode hence they won't simply replace him especially since he should have already voiced some lines.

I doubt they're gonna replace him, Cygames is extremely devoted to their policy of one character = one VA, especially in Granblue, and only deviates from that if the other characters only appear in an event, is an animal/summon or is from a collab.
They straight out refused to give one character from Granblue Fantasy a new evolution because his VA died and they give new lines for these new evolutions. They were working on it before he died but dropped their work when they received the news and refused to change his VA.

Right now, Eugen, the character Fujiwara voices, just went MIA in the main story in the last update and his slot on the cast page of the anime's website got replaced by Sierokarte's despite being in the list before so it's not impossible that they're gonna straight out delete his character from the anime if he doesn't get better rather than change his VA.
