Got my gift yesterday. And it really hurt. It seems like my Anon just grabbed 2 old books off of his shelf and bought some candy at the post office before throwing it all into a box and shipping it out. Even the card was store bought. And it's not like my wish list was light/obscure either. I listed at least 15 of both my favorite anime and manga for him to pull ideas from. I I considered shipping and all raw materials as part of the bracket then I'm significantly over. The actual monetary value of things I sent to my anon was around $80 though ($25-50 bracket). Since my stuff was apparently recieved and it's Christmas here, I opened the stuff I recieved and I'm pretty blown away. My camera's kind of bad but hopefully this is somewhat okay.

Starting with the card, I love the effort which went into it, it's even a little bit 3D with the hats, which is awesome. Lucky Star isn't really a show for everyone (I know a few people who dislike it), but I really appreciate the kind words about my waifu. And it certainly looks like you had fun drawing her, too!

As for JL, when you said you were sending 'some extra stuff' I really wasn't prepared for this at all; I was expecting possibly a few sweets, not sweets, a card deck, a messenger bag AND the cutest pendant. Thank you so much! I feel like I need to send something further back now too, especially with the comments on the card, haha. Also fun is I've drawn an Ohayou Konata myself!~ I will unashamedly make my colleagues in work feel awkward by actually using the bag, too.

And I'm pretty amazed with Mami, too - not least because I remember the Aniplex Madoka figures being notably really expensive, so I'm pretty honoured you'd buy her. Plus, topically, she's the only yukata figure I have other than Konata, so the two of them can hang out on my shelf in some sort of new-yearsy display. So in that regard while yes I do have almost all the merch of Kona-chan, you still picked something fitting! Even moreso; the picture you picked for the card is the same artist as who did the Mami cosplay in the background, haha.

I seem to have written a lot. But I'm really thankful to you guys, this has already made my Christmas and it's only 2:30am. Which means considering UK, you might not see this post. Whoops.
