I gave this show more episodes than I should have, but it did nothing for me. Nothing bad in particular, I just couldn't get into it. I'm thinking it might be a generation gap thing since this apparently did really well with people <25 and not so well with us old folks.

Reigen was godawfully insufferable throughout the first portion of the anime. He just keeps talking and talking with endless annoying ramblings. He does redeem himself later in the season when One finally builds his character. Also yes, he is supposed to be the Boke during the first part but Mob is not a compatible Tsukommi for him.
