No. Renge is a complete show-stealer, like Karen Kujo, Toshino Kyoko or Osaka.

Carried is a pretty strong word. The rest of the cast is great, but those two are probably the Seinfeld and Costanza of the show.

Komari is the worst one-trick pony in the whole show.
