It's impossible to say for the reasons you've pointed out. Lala's only celebrated her birthday twice, but they've celebrated halloween three times. The timeline in pripara doesn't really make sense, I think it runs on Ouran rules where seasonal changes and holidays are purely cosmetic and time does not pass unless the author says so.

I think this scene reinforces my conjecture that Kaoru is a Song Class admin, therefore there's no limit to how many admins permitted for each Class, and we just haven't been shown them all.

All the other girls in this pan (Himari not shown on the left) are a part of the Song Class and the previous still shows Arisa with the other two known Theater Class first years up front, so I take it that Kaoru being the one to manage the Song Class auditions wasn't just a fluke.

Pretty Rhythm got comedy and tons of other things. But for some reason these days more and more people are saying PR is drama only, which is not true, so that's sad.
PP got comedy and plot but it's hit or miss more than half the time, and s1 had a lot of boring episodes. PP got ton of wasted potential on every front.

I also agree with this. I don't realy care whether PR or PP are litlte girls shows or not or other things like that and just judge them from my enjoyment. As of 2010 to now, PR's three seasons are still the anime I enjoyed the most.

I prefer PR over PP any day of the week, but PP is pretty damn good, also some characters were developed like everyone from S2 and Mirei, but the S3 cast has been pretty weak in comparison, I honestly prefer Ajimi over Non-Sugar.

Honestly, after the last two episodes I think Chili is one of the best developed characters in PP. Non's also had some strong development although it's a bit overshadowed by Chili's. Pepper's still just Pepper, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
