Jinbe is going to be found 'dead'. He fucked up on the wheel and lost all his life force.

BUT when Big Mom is defeated we'll learn that the Homies' energy goes back to its particular owners and all the soul-drained people will have their lifespan replenished. It's going to be revealed that bodies don't decay when soulless, they just become basic matter, and provided they are cared for, they can have their lifespan returned without consequence.

It'll be an inspiration for Luffy to fight, it will make sure Jinbe's awakening and powerset is saved for the Kaidou fight, as well as his revelations about the poneglyphs, AND it'll make sure Pedro survives the arc.

Dressrosa is almost 100 chapters long so there are points where it drags out, but every 10 chapters or so there's a huge happening. It's amazing in one sitting imo, top 5 arc for me. Zou is great and the current arc is really, really good, especially if you like Sanji.

The start of Enies Lobby is when the pacing went to complete shit. Over 5 minutes of recap/intro for each episode, removing EDs.
Although the most annoying part was probably how they did 10 episodes of character backstory recaps back to back, and the only Enies Lobby content was literally just the one shot of them on the ramparts.

They also put random filler in the middle of the arc, I think on two separate occasions, effectively splitting the arc into 3 parts.
