Yes, the CGI is still terrible as it has been for past weeks. And it's not the CGI along either that's bad, this scene is from the beginning of episode 11. This is supposed to be Hikari's hand but they lazily reused Takami's hand for Hikari and didn't even bother to recolor it, then later on in the episode the same scene plays out again when Takami touches the strikers. QUALITY.
At this point in, you might as well wait for the BD's really.

Also Rall's version of the ED came out better than anyone else's aside from Hikari's, with respects to suiting her character (granted I know a bit about her pre-corset self), adding to her character, naturalness and how she harmonized with her singing partner.

It might only be by the size of the Neuroi bug that Minna took for her 200th kill, but I like Rall's version more than the rest. It also touches my heart a little more than Hikari's, which is ironic considering it played after Hikari cried her heart out.

How did we manage to go from three OVAs with great animation, great fanservice and great to direction to this?

Seriously, they were given all of the ingredients to a perfect Strike Witches sequel on a silver platter and they fucked it up. Great squad with great dynamic? Fuck that, lets reduce all but two to background characters and rewrite everything so our two new OC copywrite don't steal's can do stuff. Neat, unique setting and potential scenarios? Naaaaah, too difficult, lets just piss about and copy paste every cliche we can and shit all over everything. Fanservice that has been in the series since it's very inception? Nah, fuck that. Lets hire animators that barely know what an ass looks like (The mil-shit is still neat though). Speaking of animators, how hard is it to do what had been done for literally two seasons, a movie and four OVAs - actually animating shit without constantly using shiet 3DCG?

Brave Witches is literally the equivalent of purchasing the Golden Goose and lobotomising it with a spork because figuring out how the fuck Golden Eggs come out is just too hard.

This season has produced massive amounts and variety of merchandise for the 502nd which just keeps on coming now, all of which will get sold out as always.
Merchandise is what sells and waifufaggots buying it in large doses, together with multiple producers grouping up for funding this season and SL providing the minimal effort to make it under contracts or whatever.
The blatant fanservice definitely garnered the eyes on this show back in day, but people stayed for the witches and alternate ww2 stuff. I don't give a damn either really if it's gone or not as long the rest is done well, but sadly nothing really is.

That was before Tenboro remade a bunch of things with the high powered chars. Until then, the slow heavily armored chars were often at the mercy of Eila who would not only started first, but could get as many as 3 attacks for each of the player's attacks. And 2/3 of her hits were typically critical hits past your armor. So if you didn't have a ton of natural mitigation and ongoing resists, the damage would be large. Until Tenboro fixed it, I remained hit-locked by Eila which meant as soon as Eila showed up, it was game over. Instead of fighting, Flee was the best option to avoid having all my gear damaged and needing repairs.

If that shell had detonated for any reason, it would have killed all the strike witches. That was the most dangerous move in all the strike witch anime videos to date. And the Neuroi didn't take advantage of it since the production committee wouldn't approve of the Neuroi using common sense attacks in this situation.

Also revealed is that the normals are able to collect mana. The collected mana is able to be stored for periods of time. The collected mana is able to be released in both controlled and sudden bursts. So it seems strange that "mana batteries" haven't been made to extend a witch's flying time or boost witch abilities.
