only now i realised that urahara doesnt have a full bankai. He achieved his bankai using tenshintai which forces the zanpakuto spirit to fight the host much like ichigo and renji. Like renji, urahara has forced his zanpakuto to achieve bankai and both of them laments that their sword are "not nice"/ hard to work with which could be due to the tenshintai. Renji only achieves his real bankai after reforging his weapon. Hence urahara has an incomplete bankai

There was a time I literally wanted Ywach to win, I still wish he had won in the end.

I think at the end of the day this feeling came from how much ichigo changed, and how unlikeable he became.

Back in the ss arc we were much more connected to ichigo, I wont say he was deep or the writing was superb, but he was a fun character even for shounen protagonist standards, he was fun and I wanted him to win, I did not really care who he would end up with at the end, I just wanted him to win and get the girl at end, whoever the girl was.

But with each new arc we grew more and more distant from Ichigo, to the point there was little reason to care for him, he became less of a character and more of a plot device.

I really cant put in words why this ending is so unsatisfying for me, its not about the girl he ended up with, it just....somehow I wish Ywach would kill this new ichigo and bring back old ichigo in the story, maybe in a sequel or something.

Or I dont know, Ichigo going out in a blaze of glory while fighting Aizen/Ywach would be better than watching his character degrade like this.

Well, it's up to interpretation.
Ori was the first person who treated Ulq as a human being rather than some abominable monstrosity. As an awful human being, but a human being nonetheless. It was a pretty obvious reference to the beauty and the beast. I think that there were some romantic feelings on both sides, but Kubo axed it at the very beginning by killing Ulq.
And their interactions were surprisingly humane. I just can't picture Ori bitchslapping Ichigo for whatever reason or at least calling him on his bullshit, at least at this point in time.
