But slower, comfy shows like Mushishi, Kino no tabi, katanagatari grew on me overtime, so i started to appreciate them for for what they are.

I watched it for the first time by myself years later and still had a lot of fun with it. I think it just doesn't have much re-watch value since it relies so heavily on crazy and unpredictable developments. Once you know what's coming it's not so thrilling or amusing anymore.

I love KlK when it aired up until the last 5 episodes. I looked forward to it more than anything else during the week and used to always be one of the prime people making Nui threads. I still love Nui but the show itself was pretty terrible and they wasted what potential they started out with.
