How did you not notice it was enemy of the week when that's literally the entirety of BOTH stardust crusader seasons? That's why it's considered one of the weaker parts. If anything, Part 4 improves upon that. At least their main villain recurs throughout the season instead of hiding in Egypt for 47 episodes.

Yes, it's Monster of the Week. No, while Araki does find new ways to mess with the formula it never stops being Monster of the Week. I'm not going to say every new fight has a purpose or whatever, point is the entirety of JoJo from Part 3 onwards is a bunch of fights connected through a loose plot and some fun characters. If you don't like that, catch you around.
