German manga use small- and big-caps.

It's like you want us to send Capt. America over there again.
It doesn't really matter, manga is translated by such moronic amateurs that any minor annoyance from capital letters pales in comparison to the combination of completely incorrect translations and ESL-tier writing ability.
Reading manga in English is like stabbing yourself in the dick with a penknife.

Go back to mistranslating okusan, ya retahd
Almost every comic in Norway uses capital letters.
The only big exception I know about is the Donald Duck magazines. (The book releases use capital letters)
Donald Duck has been the top seller for half a century though, so it's a pretty big exception.
