You have to be kidding me. The game is longer than S;G. The anime will be a fucking trainwreck unless it is one cour about the mystery and one cour about the answer. The anime will end up being much worse than any of the other anime in the series, possibly leaving S;G to be the only one with a good anime.

Better rated game than S;G too. I enjoyed it a lot so I am really bummed that this adaptation will be a disaster.

I got it from aggregate user reviews sites. There is nothing to hype, the game will be ruined for people who haven't read it since the anime will spoil most of it. It is a good game and I personally enjoyed it as much as Steins:Gate.

Now even though its Silver Link who is usually on the ball, the game just recently got ported to PC so I dont know if I wanna wait for translation or not. I get that Daru deleted the very first D-Mail, but how does that even work? The first D-Mail was recorded back in July 23rd, even if they deleted it in 28th they would've still known and nothing would change right?

Chaos;Child was never going to be popular even if the anime was pretty good. Takuru is unlikable, far worse than Okabe and Takeru, the heroines aren't as likable, or moe, as the ones in Steins;Gate. It isn't as fun either, Chaos;Child is so heavy most of the time.

That wouldn't work. Common route is the bulk of the story, leaving only 12 episodes for it would be terrible. Side routes and True end are extremely short, too.
Anyways, I only expect them to adapt common route + true end, while adding anything necessary from the side routes, mainly Nono's truth and the fact that Hana is a gigalomaniac.
That's even if they do give it a split-cour, by the way. The crucial reveal was always going to be hard to adapt even if they didn't botch the rest of the story.

It seemed like a really straightforward story to me, way more of a typical anime narrative then S;G. I get that there's some funky stuff going on with perception/reality but none of the sci-babble that they throw at you really seems to add to the main story in any way, whereas in S;G it both builds the atmosphere and factors in to the actual time travel mechanics.
