I agree but this is just an opinion based purely on fan service. Of course creating a super duper ultra powerful 10X stronger transformation is fucking hype but you also have to respect the fact it's not in the original Plot Outlines and it inflates the power scaling for no reason and fuck up the continuity for the rest of the series.

Next up in Dragon Ball Super, adult Trunks will be putting in his first appearance in a long time! I put together this story based on a suggestion from the editorial office. Like last time, I write an outline of the entire plot, then the script writers break it up into episodes, expanding on things, changing things around, or adding in new bits as need be.

And I'm pretty sure there's a correlation between how strong Goku was at that time and how much Hit improved. Don't think his Time Leap would go up to .5 seconds for example had Goku not gone Kaioken.

There's no logic, rhyme or reason to how broken Hit's power to improve in the anime.
Vegeta will just job to an improving Hit no matter what, especially since he's powerless without Kaioken.

What happened after SSB Goku smacked him a bit in Blue? Hit improved to the point Goku needed Kaiokenx10 to win.

Wait, I just started to see the anime
why and how the hell did Zamazu and Black reach SSGod level? After all, Black took Goku's body when he died before 17 and 18 showed up, meaning the body was less powerfull than perfected Cell. And Zamasu is a bit more stronger than the supreme Kai but still more weaker than the weakest version of Buu.
Even if they fused, Goku or Vegeta could have defeated them easily
