I think it's the other way around anon, you can see talent as some sort of minor base stats advantage in RPGs. Sure it's easier for someone with higher AGI base to become proficient in certain marksmanship skill, but that doesn't mean it's impossible for, say, someone with STR base to reach the same qualifications
