I liked it quite a bit personally. Course early girl 'knows nothing and discovers new things' type I had seen so cute and endearing. That theme is played on quite a bit so perhaps not so great for you.

Pretty good. Hideki is the unknowing self insert and most of the deep questions happen to everyone else but it does have depth.

What about marrying robots?
What about using them to replace a dead loved one?
What about being left for one?

Eventually Hideki becomes less of a blank slate by the end of it having his own approach to loving a robot.
