Even if they somehow were to improve the animation in general (and for a long-running series, Naruto's animation wasn't awful for the scenes that mattered at least), it wouldn't fix the fucking story.
And I hope there's never a re-adaptation (not that there'd need to be one in the first place) because of how obscenely and retardedly long the series went on for, i'd feel sorry for those responsible because of the years of their life they'd dedicate to the steaming mess.

Top animators aren't usually exclusive to a particular studio, it's usually only animation directors and even then they can rotate between a few studios

Abe only did some work on the franchise, with his early work being somewhat unspectacular. He did some pretty impressive stuff on Shippuuden however.

I dont know everything he's done but he did parts of the worm naruto clone fight in that one filler arc that was supposed to be a movie in shippuden among others but his work in fate zero and UBW is far more extensive, he did the Archer vs lancer Rho aias scene in UBW and the vs caster scene in the second OP and parts of the fight between saber and archer in fate/zero and the Excalibur on caster/cthulhu in the same series.

True, but at the very least Naruto did have a handful of good in-house animators throughout Shippuuden. They tend to come and go, but Hiroyuki Yamashita has been almost exclusively working on Shippuuden for most of his career. More recently Naoki Kobayashi was the studio's young ace but he just turned freelance in the recent months. Chinese animator Chengxi Huang will probably Pierrot's next young ace on the show.

Of all I.G. works you use the Psycho Pass TV series and movie as an example? They're far from impressive, especially the TV series. Also, the Naruto movie regularly have Production I.G.-related staff working on them due to the Naruto anime designer being one of I.G.'s top animators.

Why not use puppets like sasori or do whatever Hidan or Kakuzu did. Or just transplant a Sharigan eye like Kakashi did.
