On the other hand, Negi is dead in the no-Asuna middle future, so maybe he was also possessed in that timeline and the changing point was Touta's creation itself.

Another crazy theory could be that this is indeed a fourth line but it deviates way before than the rest: when Eva became a vampire, meaning that the UQ timeline is the only one where Eva meets Touta in the past and he himself causes his own creation.
