I liked it, but it's not particularly great or anything. It's basically like 12 episodes of ads for various japanese snacks, along with cute Hotaru and Saya doing cute things on occasion. I'm assuming all the little factoids they give out are true, and so it is kind of interesting to learn about jap snacks, but overall it's a bit forgettable and bland. I think it's worth checking out, but don't expect a whole lot from it.
