As for Vlad, I've never had problems with him fucking shit up. He's built for NP spam and on an arts team that does both that and buff the shit out of arts damage, he does his job just fine. The crit stars gained from using his NP enable whoever else is on your team to quickly build up enough NP to fire off theirs next.

As far as Berserkers go, the other 5* Berserkers also perform their own roles. Nightingale is a good support Berserker for Buster heavy teams that can function as a healer and Raikou shits out crit stars like nobody's business.

Just checked the wiki, PM is specifically mentioned in Ataraxia, though PM existing without Altrouge its master, a DAA and True Ancestor herself, makes no sense. The only way I can mesh both sources is that in Fateverse the 27 are around but just weaker.

Usually people assumed the Counter Force greatly empowered Guardians when they dealt with PM but based on what you just posted I would assume instead that PM is just significantly weaker in worlds where Heroic Spirit summoning is possible.
