I only really have a problem with it when in part 3, all the hero stands had neat shit they could do, but the users conveniently forget then like 90% of the time, like Ponalreff not removing his Chariot's armor for most fights when having armor would have been useless, and even with extra defense, no armor is like 5x more powerful than regular Chariot.

It just feels lazy as fuck instead of doing something with the extra abilities that could have been used to spice up the fights.

DiU takes place over an entire Summer. There's a lot of time between arcs where average stuff happens that we don't see.

Easiest one that comes to mind would be Ponalreff's fight against Vanilla ice, since ice removes anything it touches, doesn't matter how sturdy you are.

Some other minor fights for Ponalreff as long as he isn't facing something that isn't a straight fight, he did against Jotaro while possessed. And i guess star finger wouldn't have been THAT useful overall, but some cheap shots with it would have been nice.

The one major problem is Avdol's lack of presence in the fights, dude's stand was broken was fuck, and yet he did jack shit for most of the story.
