Don't you think it's time for a new series director now that Utsumi is gone, Kigami has only directed episodes since the blunder that was Munto, Yamakan is dead along with Ordet, Ishidate is trash, Takemoto has lost its touch, Yamada will never adapt LN garbage and her input is very low. The only one doing actual decent series directing is Ishihara. When will they let a newbie direct?

Yes he had series directors under him in most of these shows but as shown by Hibike S2 his touch is the most important one when Yamada didn't work on anything and the show maintained its consistency.
