What if on this frame is shown the end of the manga or even Eren's life? As we know, Jaeger has only 8 and less years left. Maybe on this frame Eren is already 23 and he is about to die, and Mikasa is near him and actually tells Eren goodbye? That theory would have explained why Jaeger is crying - he doesn't want to die so early.
