4-6 for me, 6 had some REALLY good Stands in my eyes, like Underworld which is one of my favorite stands in the series.

Part 5 really is underappreciated though in terms of Stands, almost all of them have brilliant designs are really good abilities, Part 5's like one of the only parts in the series I can say didn't have a mediocre fight.

Dio can be overconfident at times and is overly cautious. Those two traits could be taken advantage of easily. The World's time limit is 5 seconds which is a major flaw that, once realized, could easily be used against Dio.

Winning a fight against Dio and The World without time manipulation would involve forcing Dio to waste as much time as possible whenever he stops time. The easiest way to do this is to exploit Dio's previously mentioned traits (similar to how Jotaro used the magnets to trick Dio). Once The World's time limit runs out, a fast stands and long range attacks should be used to launch a counter attack before Dio uses The World again.

In the end, it would be a slow and repetitive battle.
