Depends on what you're looking for. Its 'plot' is mostly ripped off from Love Hina, you can tell how things will go from the first chapter, yet it's padded to hell and back by lolsorandumb interruptions and misunderstandings, then it stalls even more by turning the initial love triangle situation into a harem, then it meanders for 100+ chapters with no real progress, then the useless harem members are suddenly picked off one by one and the main heroine becomes a cowardly piece of shit too afraid to face the MC and the other girl and has to be chased for the entire final arc.

So don't read it unless you just want to look at the art, it's shit.
