I think she is the second worst μ's girl but even she has redeemable aspects to her (her optimism and how even at worst, she has her heart in the right places. With two obvious exceptions, I think every raibu, even the weaker ones, have good aspects to them and I can completely understand why they have fans who love them. Honoka and Chika especially.
