It's well over-the-top nonsensical fun, with boobs and butts. Just don't expect anything coherent or intellectual and you'll be fine.

Keijo is AWESOME. I just watched the first 6 episodes in one sitting. The director and staff working on this know how to do an interesting and exciting action oriented anime with cute girls, one piece swimsuits, and a lot of tits and ass. If you don't understand Japanese culture and why this anime tests girls' pelvic strength against each other, then you'll never understand why this is a normal thing. Excellent show. Lots of fun and while I thought this would be fapping material, it has a good story. If I masturbated while watching this, I'd miss out on that. Maybe later during a 2nd play, but for now, enjoy.
