We've gone full darkness now lads.
No breaks on the despair train.
The fuck is this episode. Everything suddenly went to shit.
Genki girl will never be able to come back now. And she never got to confess to her husbando.
Why is Meru such a bitch?
LRIG aren't people, and don't have a defining wish to define.
Literally don't have a reason to live. Kiyoi said they're basically remnants of the despair from prior games.
Hime's original selector, she mentions wanting to talk to a guy one last time before disappearing.
But even if there was a possibility they haven't disappeared for good, she's got no body now.
Mayu not forgotten.
Things got real with this episode.
>So the only way out is sudoku?
Suzu will save Chi-chan! Because Suzu is strong!
Actually. It seems like winning is the way to go, just don't ask for something you won't regret.
Nanashi returned to the void after returning Hanna's memories.
>Why is Meru such a bitch?
Shou and Suzu reach out to her and she pulls Chi-chan back into the abyss.
She's the fucking end boss.
It probably isn't. But if it would be, I don't really know how I would handle that.
What do they do all day?
Does Satomi have rooms in his place for his growing boyharem? Do they just live in his workplace?
> Why is Meru such a bitch.
I think it's pretty obvious at this point that the LRIGs aren't intrinsically evil, since otherwise truck-chan wouldn't have killed herself or even have seemed to care about her former Selector. Rather, LRIGs may be grown out of the negative emotions from their most impactful memories, but they're nutured by how you treat and see them. Nanashi was a total closet bitch because she represented Hanna's crushing guilt and the side of her that she's purposely forgotten about for her entire life. Meru is a duplicitious manipulative bitch because that's how Chinatsu sees Suzu and treats Meru like shit. Suzu probably has only loneliness and she treats her LRIG remarkably well, so her LRIG is one of the few that's probably not fucking evil.
They're pretty much tulpas.
Can Kiyoi heal Hannah? She experienced something similar if not worse.
Thank you for the despair, Ruuruu
>Suzu probably has only loneliness and she treats her LRIG remarkably well, so her LRIG is one of the few that's probably not fucking evil.
I have a feeling that Ril will develop a wish and find motivation of her own. Which seems to be against the norm, since most of the LRIGs appear to lack a purpose in life. Which is exemplified pretty clearly in >>150493032.
They basically do nothing at all day, but for the glimpses and moments where they can fuck over some selectors which kind of does for something for them since they were also treated like shit and have known nothing but animosity since they were born. Yukime too practically did nothing with her life after being granted her Selector's body. And she even claimed that she tried to do what she imagined her Selector was meant to do but couldn't see/feel the point of it.
Ril is probably different. She probably wants / will probably want to support Suzu for real.
With sweet love afterwards.
> she tried to do what she imagined her Selector was meant to do but couldn't see/feel the point of it.
See, this seriously reeks of Chinatsu at the start of the series. I'm feeling that she's been a LRIG all along and forgot because of Meru. Suzu probably executed her the first time they played, and I'm guessing that a byproduct of winning is forgetting that you even played in the first place.
There's also some weird shit like Chinatsu acting more like Suzu in middleschool than herself. It's just fucking weird.
No, at the start of the series she was still trying to be Suzu's ideal. She knew exactly what the point of it was and chose to do it willingly. It was only when her entire life came crashing down that she needed a scapegoat to use as a defense mechanism, and it just so happened that it was Suzu.
Oh that's a very nice book you have there, Mayu.
The saddest part of this episode is that Nanashi is gone.
>you'll never fuck your LRIG in the White Room when you're both the same size
Does anybody have 21st Century Schizoid Ruu?
seem reasonable, if have male selectors but LRIG always are female, they should ask for private time with his LRIG in big size.
LRIGs DON´T ARE HUMANS, they dont have "humans rights"or say sexual exploitation of LRIG is "unethical"
So, we all know that Hanna is going to try to kill herself next episode. Money on Shouhei getting executed by Satomi in front of Chinatsu too.
Are you ready for more despair than Danganronpa?
Does anyone want to batoru?
I'm suggesting this place.
How want Satomi destroy all humans?
What do they do all day?
Touching Satomi muscles, he/she now have a harem of LRIGs
If Shouhei loses and gets added to Satomi's homoharem, I'm seriously going to start wondering if someone on the production team had a fetish.
You fucking what, mate?
Does the manga elaborate on what happened here?
Please help, I accidentally saw some pictures of Anne and now my dick won't go down.
too late, go along with it.
I feel pretty confident saying Carnival is just a representation of LRIGs as a whole, combined with Satomi's particular hatred for selectors.
In any case, the old selector system is done with. The chance of any normal human being a LRIG is slim to none.
Chi-chan wants to babied, but Meru won't let her.
So, what life-scarring memories do Suzu and Chinatsu have? It seems like Selectors are only chosen under this new system if they have tortuous memories that the LRIGs can use to break them.
What does this face convey?
Like we all knew, Suzu tops.
Is this creepy moe?
I can finally clean up that backlog of card spoilers.
I would be lost without the wiki. You guys are great.
Akira, you're 100 times the idol she'll ever be, and you're just a mag model.
What a ruse master.
I want to fuck her hard.
It's really her own fault for trusting someone so sexy.
Suzu making Chi-chan a crumbling bundle of cuteness when?
Hopefully we don't have to suffer her voluntary speech impediments anymore.
Now Suzu and Shou rescuing Chi-chan arc when?
Why are Donna and Riru the only good LRIGs?
Because as one anon pointed out, they are white tendecy a la demon souls LRIGs. In other words, they are based on positive memories: Ril (Chinatsu's "Tenacy & Determination"), Donna (The Soccer Tanoshii) and Mama (Dear Mommy memories).
That explains everything.
Thank you, Demon's Souls.
Mama's ability was confirmed, it's "Cunning", not "Cheating", same name with her trail deck.
both cunning and cheating can be read as "kanningu" in japanese. the fansubber is misunderstand.
and her "Cunning"' in real card ability is like... give a bomb for her signi and it will explode when that signi is destroy.
sound pretty fun.
>both cunning and cheating can be read as "kanningu"
I've never seen the word "kanningu" used to mean anything other than cheating in a test, and can't find a dictionary entry that shows otherwise either. What are you basing this on?
yes, kanningu is mean cheating in an exam, and Rio in anime tell Mama use "kanningu" ability, which is translated as "Cheating" ability in anime.
but Mama trail deck's is name "green cunning", so "cunning is the right answer.
kanningu can be use as english's etymology: "cunning", or can be use as "cheating" in a test.
the deck is name green cunning.
so cunning is mama's ability name, like "red honest", "green berserk" and "black blind".
"white escape" when?
actually, the info for real life version of donna is out.
and escape is actually an effect which you can active to skip opponent's signi attack phase, and she have a constant ability which can protect signi once per opp's atk.
she is defensive type, like anne? hmm...
Yes, there are still way too many open plot points to resolve in 3 episodes.
No, Anon your dick can't heal anyone goddammit.
I know, right? I hope he does the remaining LRIGs too.
This might be better than the original.
Just watched Destructed.
Why still no Yuki in the epilogue?
So you're saying that rather than their combined Mayu form, they became human together with Tama in control? Doesn't that pretty much mean Yuki is gone forever and doesn't get to be happy?
That's pretty shit.
Yuki was already about to die because 1) Mayu and Ulith were beating her ass in the battle, and 2) She was no longer able to grant Urazoe's wish of "I don't want to be Urazoe Iona", because the original got her own body back. It's the same reason Hanayo collapsed and went to the hospital after Kazuki found out her true identity. This is the only way she could've been saved.
Yeah, I think Yuzuki is super cool and a strong character from start to finish, even with that weird incest shit. But I really liked her a lot as a LRIG.
But Ril is a better waifu.
Again, probably something that would have stopped when she became human.
They could have at least acknowledge that she was going to die, give her a proper goodbye and such. As is it feels like Ruko just forgot about her entirely.
And I'm saying that "LRIGs become human" and "Yuki surviving independently" are mutually exclusive. In Destructed they made it clear that combined Mayu was both of them because both of their voices were in the same body. You don't need a goodbye when she lives in the end.
You only like her body.
If they keep their record of releasing when I'm asleep I'd say 5 hours or so.
Every damn time.
It's okay. All the Milky fans killed themselves already.
Has nobody questioned who this is yet? Or do you think it's Shou?
>[Asenshi] Lostorage incited WIXOSS - 09 [5FE47D4B].mkv
I hope anon is still awake.
So what happens to the selectors who get bodyjacked this time? "Disappearing" doesn't really say that much, and they can't turn into LRIGs because the new process involves the blank lewd LRIG.
Is that why the only 3 people who got bodyjacked so far were a background character who killed herself and two ugly boys? Maybe that explains why boys can be selectors now too, so they can be death fodder.
Fuck Chinatsu, he didn't deserve this shit unlike that faggot Sumida.
I know it's game over for him, but i still hope that Ruu or Tama appear out of nowhere and interfere with the duel.
I don't know; Satomi seems to be more selective (heh) with his victims thus far. It seems more likely he'd just arrange a fight with Chinatsu and Shouhei than get involved himself and reveal he's a Selector.
The only way for the new MC to be able to survive this mess is this new Selector System has an equivalent of Old Selector System's Tama as a true reality bending magical LRIG. The only way to achieve this if they make that whenever you change a memory or remove one you are actually changing the reality itself then if this conditon applies anyone who wants to forget the existence of the Selector Battles may be able to erase it.
That's the reason I began to be interested in the commercial & execution side of enterprises. It's a very fun part.
If we are going to blame people, then I think you should at least do the proper weighting:
33.3% Ruuko's good intentions
33.3% Mayu's bad intentions
33.3% Naive little selectors
Best episode. It even had best girl.
There must be some weird shit in the new system. Like making new rules or doing weird shit just like Ruuko and Kiyoi did themselves. Suzuko has out-of-box reasoning, she perhaps will find a way to hack the new system.
A better question would be why is Amika letting Kiyoi do all this shit again.
After all that happened in Peeping Analyze, you'd think that she won't let Kiyoi or herself get anywhere near anything weaksauce ever again.
This episode at least made it clear that the Selector system started with Mayu.
And aren't Tama and Yuki essentially fragments of Mayu's psyche? It's not that out of the box to assume that the process in which Mayu created Tama and Yuki is the same process that LRIGs are created in the current system.
Tama/Yuki ended up as Ruu's pokemon and are now legitimate humans as well. And in theory, they are also Mayu by Proxy.
So couldn't Ruu just give Tama a call, and tell that bitch to exercise the GM rights she has by being a fragment of Mayu and thus fix the current fucking system?
The current system is some sort of autonomous maelstrom of madness created by the salt and despair of people form the previous system. It now also thrives on the despair of the people trapped in it too.
In a sense, it's kind of Iona's warped ideals realized into a WIXOSS system that she could only imagine in one of her wet dreams. Guess she had the last laugh in the end.
Me too, mate. Me too.
I'd read a doujin of that.
What happened to the girl occupying Kiyoi's body then?
I recommend you to read "peeping analyze", it was translated (except last chapter).
It have important plot about kiyoi/piruluk, you will understand about her and the newest episode of lostorage if you read it.
Why is this slut the worst girl?
Maybe there doesn't need to be a downside to winning, because for the LRIGs watching how far people will go and how much they'll hurt each other for something so self-indulgent as messing with their own memories is enough.
I like the one theory someone posted a few days ago that the first memory change from winning messes you up so badly you play again just to change it. So if, like Hanna, you win and unlock a painful memory, you batoru again to forget it. Or if, like Chi-chan, you want to forget something, afterwards, you notice the lack of memory and it bothers you so much you enter the battles again to unlock it. Ultimately winners keep flipping between "I want to remember" and "I want to forget."
Is the original Mayu inside Tama also?
Nope! I was fast asleep.
Thanks for the quality subs.
I can't say I do that because I don't wanna miss out on the initial discussion.
Yes, yes, yes.
But don't expect them to explain the rules.
Wait what, why? I mean how can you make an anime to sell a card game when you don't explain how you play the thing?
Anyhow, I will go look up the first one since I love these type of animes like Vanguard or YGO.
Skim through the quick start guide. You can also follow along with the weekly columns that explain the battles if you're feeling particularly dedicated.
The card game acts more like a plot device and is not exactly the focus of the series.
>Hitoe will never be your girlfriend
She's completely ruined now
Amika is damn fine, shut up.
>Tama exist in the body of Ulith´s sister
it´s really creepy Ruth find happiness using the sister of her worst enemy
She's Midori's wife.
I fucking wish. Only have the Destructed ones and pic related.
The filename fooled me but that's a nice board too.
Memenoid makes also good ones.
The physical boards or pictures?
He has a bunch of links in his twitter profile @memenoid
I don't think Ril would kill herself if she happened to get into that delicious Suzu's body. She said if that would happen she pretty much would live according to herself. This means that LRIGs are pretty much different and according to what kind of memories they are based on they will have a different approach to what is real life.
>inb4 they reveal Ril secretly "loves" Suzu
>inb4 she wants not only make Suzu independent but also occupy a same spot as her in the real life
It would like it. I'd like to know what are the LRIG feelings about their Selector. We don't know if Mel really likes Chinatsu because of herself or because it's based on a memory.
In reality, for what we could have seen, Mel makes me feel she wants Chinatsu only for herself alone ironically this being a mirror of Chinatsu's behavior when she was a child and made Suzu become a social retard. I could see more Mel wanting to replace real life Suzu just to be with her, more than Ril wanting to replace Chinatsu in real life to be with Suzu.
Will it be relevant again?
Moreover, Chi-chan of Berserk.
Battle of animation can bet more if there are coins. The winner seems to be more advantageous.
Susuko who does not use honest nicely. If there is only the last one, there should be no option not to use. But here, Susuko makes a surprise choice.
what will you do? Tin (What will you do? Tin) by google translate
Attack down! (Attack down!) By google translation
It is a surprise. It seems that the gimmick placed a weak signi for the Berserk & End of Heart combo in this way to avoid bunish. We used a strong Almail early in the latter half (we did not activate the bunish capability by not putting it at the center and placing it at the end)
WIXOSS battle processing is the image that the attacking side is hitting the beam.
It is also the case with animation. WIXOSS battle with reference to power, but if the attacker declares an attack (down card) and power is smaller than the opponent, it just ends down. Especially nothing happens, but it's not a waste, for example, when attacking ability at attack time is attacked.
Well, on attack! (Well, on attack!) By google translate
Ducking down the foothold! It is! (Ducking the scaffolding! It is!) By google translation
eh! Can you do such a thing! Is it? (Eh! Can you do such a thing! Is it?) By google translate
It can not be done with actual WIXOSS.
On the surface of the board, we are always avoiding by hitting the arts.
Thanks to leaving the board face in the previous turn, you are using your fellow name in the attack phase and have bunish tolerance. It is absolutely cruel.
What's he deal with this giant bird? Does Shohei follow the cult of the 1-sou?
>he doesn't know the Shoebill aka whalehead aka the Balaeniceps rex is currently a japanese meme
I didn't know. I didn't watch Zzzz Witch and I don't pretend to, but thanks. It seems like who gets a role in VA stuff falls into the selection of the director. I wonder if it involved meat payments too~.
This fucking guy, he really knows to enjoy the suffering and despair
How exactly does this fit in with Lostorage?
Lostorage Column 06
This guy went overboard with the references that week.
Truck-kun regretfully claims another life.
There's just no Hitoe to post this season, gotta keep it relevant.
Episode had some nice untz and those despair horns.Hanna part in his brother accident was expected though.
I just think she just left thinking her brother got bored. He probably fell into some elevator shaft after running into it thinking it was a corner, mad balls if the kid got onto the crane but slipped out.
Too early in the timeline for some crazy LRIG conspiracy.
Is Lostorage going to be split cour like Selector, or just 12 episodes? It seems like they're heading to a conclusion, especially with how much shit went down this episode, but it also feels like it'd be really rushed to wrap it up in 3 more episodes.
