Nope. Not only was that in the non canon school rumble Z it was a vision by the vegetable karsuma. It literally never happened but Erifags take it as gospel. Just be happy that she is closer than Yakumo.

That was a "vision of the future" thing to tease a possible future. What people get out of it is what direction the author might have taken. Although with how shafted Yakumo is even in this chapter, the author's just fucking with us now.

Yakumo will be forced to bake the wedding cake for Eri and Harima. It's Nisekoi-level reverse NTR of the highest magnitude.
