Do you feel color accuracy is very important when watching anime?
Do you watch in cool or warm or standard? I remember I think it wasDaizthat said that cool was closer to what the anime actually looks like.
What if you had to choose between watching anime on a very vibrant and very color accurate smartphone with an amazing screen but the screen is only 5 inches big, or a medium sized TV whose colors and quality were noticeably inferior but the screen is 40 inches big.
Or do you just not care?
Please answer questions and discuss reasons why.
Pic not related, they're just different colors.
Please /a/
This is important to talk about.
I'll take a 38" monitor with perfect colour correction because I'm not a fucking hobo.

Ask on /g/, they may or may not respond
I sometimes watch anime using the lowest gamma possible because colors look more vibrant that way.

I only care about stroking my cock.

I would rather watch it on a phone with better accuracy than on a shitty TV.
I don't like watching anime on a warm monitor.
>>150434782
Yes, but not so important as to overrule all other considerations. The tiny phone can't compete with a big screen. I calibrate my monitor for general use, which ends up being a bit warm, and leave it that way.
I watch my anime in greyscale so it feels more like a manga

You have to turn contrast up to the max, too

I kinda want to try this now.
I guess I already know what it looks like from Gunbuster.

How do you know that your eyes perceive color the same way as the animator? For all you know, you have to watch a given episode on a CRT to see the same colors as the original animator.

It is appreciated.

I watch on my 4k 48" tv with custom color profile, I don't care if it's accurate though. I just like it like this, it's a bit on the warm side I suppose.
