I think it's a props for the author.

I've seen a lot of writers, be it books or manga or whatever that sometimes can't really make the setting catch on with the readers.

Be it far in the future or a medieval setting, I think you always need to make it easier for the reader to understand how it works

I think a special help was having neighbors be humans too. That way they're easier to understand, and the limitations they have are the same as we already learned.

World trigger isn't the most amazing thing in the world, I know, but it is at the very least good.

It's just nice to me how it handles certain background information, minor details and the like. One of my favorites is Nasu - she's shown to be eternally bedridden, the classic Japanese "born weak / plagued with vague untreatable sickness of some kind", except in battles she's a monster, answering the unspoken question that yes, Trion Bodies are dependent on Trion count and not much else, and that even a crippled person could walk, run or do whatever as long as they have access to a Trion body.

Which is amazing, because if you think about it that lets anyone use rent-a-bodies that can be shaped any way they wish.

WT isn't "simply".
The author just understand how to present the material, in a manner where it doesn't lead to head banging and further questions.
There is also other small things, such as making sure abilities arrive with explanations in the same chapter or follow chapter.

There is a lot of Sci Fi where a core element "oh, and this is the big blah blah blah, which do blah blah blah" and it keeps on going on about that in some manner or form.
The less structured bloat tends to read to skimming, which reads to losing point of view, which leads to question and confusion.

A manga where skimming is rare due structure, might be the superior manga.

I like the fact that he hint stuff several chapters before we fully learn them. There's some stuff that is revealed like 2 years later after first mentioned

For example, we learned a while ago that Usami went to the neighborhood once before, basically after her first appearance.
Then we learn that she used to be a member of Kazama's squad, so that might be the reason why she went.
And to further up, we learned also a long while ago that Kazama used to want to revenge with neighbors, and Rindo hints at it like

If we add to this, I think we can assume something happened over there that changed their ideals, which could be the reson why Usami transeferred to Tamakoma, that doesn't see Neighbors as enemies like HQ.

The latest chapters regarding chika's development make more sense now

There are two methods to make her shoot:
She is forced into a tight situation where she either shoots to protect someone, but that would be out of desperation and bring her back to square one where she is suicidal and doesn't mind ignoring her own well being or how she feels about the situation

But Usami's method is to make her feel like she is important and worth being protected and that there would be people that would feel sad for her, so she would finally be able to shoot not just to protect her friends but to protect herself because she matters too

It opens up their options but it really only gives them more flank opportunities. I don't think Sasamori isn't skilled enough to take advantage of Chameleon the way a true Ace would and they suffer as a result. Suwa wouldn't be out of place on an existing A Rank Squad but when he has to shoulder the burden of being captain as well as carrying his mid B Rank teammates, they need a lot more polishing up to be truly effective.

I like them though. Not everyone has to/can be top tier A Rank teams. Suwa's team looks like fun to be on and they do fairly well for themselves in spite of their super one dimensional approach.

I'd say it's fair to call Suwa himself A rank in skill, most of the aces in the upper brackets are A-rank material, and the same seems to be fairly true of the middle bracket as well. And Suwa squad was 10th rank at the start of the rank wars, and was 8th going into their fight with Tamakoma. Suwa squad has also improved a bit post invasion, as we see with Sasamori not falling for Pocari trying to bait him into losing his focus.

Still, Suwa's probably not skilled enough to be the ace of an A-rank team. He's kind of like Kakizaki in that regard. However his teammates aren't as skilled as Kakizaki's leaving Suwa's team lower in B-rank.

Considering Osamu will technically be A rank some time, it doesn't matter that much how good he is. I'm not sure how I'd Rate Suwa overall, though. He's really limited, but he can do some amazing things with GUTS.

Osamu is a solid mid tier B rank though.

The people that beat him are always fags that would do fine in A rank. Be it aces or attackers, or sometimes he just doesn't have any luck and gets into a melee battle with an attacker when he's a shooter.

No, in terms of actual combat ability he's still low B Rank. His loadout is good at being annoying but he has a hard time getting kills all by himself and he's limited in how he can choose to engage. His role in the team makes him effectively mid B Rank when he can take advantage of his teammates but his skills are still very low on the whole.

Nah, I'd put him at mid B-rank as well. Low B-rank is those jokers that got wrecked by Kuga and Chika alone in the first match. Sure Osamu's kills tend to have assists, but that's fairly normal for shooters. I doubt the low B-ranks would have faired as well as Osamu against the Rabbits either.
