Was it any good?
Good, but terribly depressing.
Would make George RR Martin cry.

One of my favorites, but not sure if you'll agree. Like the other anon said, it's very depressing.
>>150377809
Nope. Only liked by retards and edgy teens.

It's this. Don't believe anyone that says otherwise.
It's another of those depression porns. Expect everything going wrong and everyone being sad.

>mfw translators even put explanatory pages about this and people still don't bother to read them

Its really nice, enjoyed my read. One of the best sci fi manga out there. But am i the only one who thought the ending didnt have much relevance to the overall plot of the whole manga?
Yes it's perfect.
It was great. I liked the slightly Evangelion-esque ending a lot. I like that it jumps around a lot. When I first started reading it I thought it was going to be post-apocalyptic the whole time, but they jump around to regular functioning cities.
It also has some crime drama elements. Also shit loads of great sex scenes.
I loved it start to finish. Though the quality went down after Helen died
So judging from what everyone is saying in this thread this anon>>150378082 is right

Amazing insight. Have you tried running for USA presidency?
>>150379484
Who cares just read it if you are interested. A lot of people enjoyed it some disliked it due to their fanbase I guess? You cant go wrong with reading it as its one of the better written manga even if you end up hating it too.
>>150379648
This is fanbase?

What you wrote is quite incomprehensible. Be more precise.
Needed more Kenji, Sophia and the Colonel doing Operator things.
>>150377809
depends, do you mind seeing every best girl die horribly after failing at everything they wanted to accomplish?
>>150380871
It really could have done without a lot of the political characters and the science people. It was really boring and didn't explain the crystal formation epidemic at all.
>>150381882
>It was really boring
For you.
The guerrilla arc and the later politics seem to be two different manga, but I enjoyed both.
>>150379424
The sex humor was top tier
Could've been shortened by a good 3-4 volumes and I would've liked it a lot more. And >>150379427 too.

Less than half of the manga is readable the latter half is complete shit. You know when you know you've read something special? When the mangaka puts the MC on a fucking bus and his dad, who didn't get any focus, takes the mantle in the last two volumes.

You couldn't just enjoy the regular drama in it?
>>150383327
His dad WAS the MC since the first volume.
My favourite part was that the prologue established an almost extinction-level event, but then the main setting was barely apocalyptic.
I have a lot of trouble finding any explanations for the ending online.

people were overreacting while the plague was going on. In the end i think it was less than 15% of the world poplulation that died
