Anyways to answer your question OP, Air Gear started off great and was fun, then got really ridiculous with trying to scientifically explain everything, which was done rather poorly. Also the worst possible girl could have won in the end.

Its a 7/10, I mean its average, decent enough, but it has evident flaws.
