The series will suck too.

I don't think anything that doesn't end with a cliffhanger needs a sequel. That doesn't automatically disqualify sequels from being good. In anime, Bakemonogatari was pretty self contained and yet all the seasons that followed it were great. For games, Danganronpa was perfectly self contained yet DR2 was amazing. In western movies, everyone was apprehensive about the Toy Story sequels but they turned out to be great.

I don't see how shitting on everything before you even see the final product can somehow enhance your enjoyment besides maybe giving you a false sense of superiority.

First: FLCL never needed questions answers. The entire thing used mystery to add to the tone. The ACTUAL questions were in regards to interpersonal relationships and self development. It is resolved.

Second: PSG intentionally ended on a cliff hanger, as a joke. The show never had any direction in the first place. It was a gag show with some actiona and story to tie it together. It had very few bad episodes and, in effect used all it had. A second season is a bad idea for comedies if you've already expended all your best material. PSG is perfect as is. I'd rather no episodes than two good ones surrounded by a mountain of shit.

Inferno Cop is a randum reference filled deconstruction piece but it is executed extremely well. LLC is a randum selfreferential coming of age peice. It does not perform well.
