If Rinne acts rough, it fits in, because she is more or less out of her senses (and doesn't mean it, like we saw when she said she is going to apologise, in soft voice).

But when Fuuka trashtalks her despite being a collected person that wants to fix her old friend and cares for her, it doesn't add up to me and I get the idea that the writer doesn't know what to do, sigh.

It looks like the resolution will make about as much sense as the Vivio-Einhart fight in vol12 of Vivid and its alleged "healing effect" on the poor Hegemon. Too bad.

I feel like their fight is the result of a big misunderstanding. Rinne has never looked down on anyone with contempt. She wanted to become stronger so people wouldn't do that to her. That's just your imagination. My opinion on GoD/Materials has been the same since late 2014 when I decided to check the summaries and stuff up. The Innocent cemented the feeling that they will not be good for the whole storyline/world/franchise as you call it.

That was way before this summer and fall.

I was afraid of the episode going full retard with the belt thing due to accidentaly entering a thread yesterday while the livewatch was going on, and what some anons said, but it makes sense once I have subs.
Rinne'd still have to defeat Einheart for it,and the characters recognize that it was a crazy stunt.
Still, I'm hype for next episode and the Rinne/Fuuka fight

Only Vita got that. The rest got to look cool trashing the numbers.

In GoD they also did a decently good job (Signum trashing Precia and defending Fate was so fucking sweet), they had a mini arc to themselves where they got all chances to kick lots of ass while the endgame started to develop. And contributed in the final battle.

This is why VS is utter shit. Tournament as main source of conflict only let a couple if characters shine while the rest become shitty jobbers and failures. Old Nanoha had epic final conflicts where nearly everyone gets to shine and do something cool.

I think it's Fuuka's ignorance that keeps her from understanding and ultimately sympathizing with Rinne.
