Well you generally don't use trion soldiers for defense. Trion soldiers are great for away missions since they can be transported inexpensively.

I disagree. It's easily distinguishable even with the mix and match facial features and hairs, and I think his eye for paneling action has improved tremendously throughout the span of the series. And I can't think of another series or artist that utilizes digital tools this well for both backgrounds and effects (polygonal trion shit)

Border doesn't have that amount of money, jesus they don't even have enough money for triggers and you want them to get super trion soldiers. This is adressed after the invasion, C ranks don't have bail out because there's simply not enough money.

They have small trion soldiers though, and a ship. But there's literally 1 ship.

Not to mention that it's bad for PR, remember that nobody knows what Triggers are, they think they belong to border, nobody knows that neighbors are actually humanoid, they think neighbors are the trion soldiers.

Viza could be referring to their vassal nations probing the planet. Meeden is a isn't a planet with a World Trigger so actually capturing and holding a planet would take a bit of manpower. And Aftokrator isn't united so that manpower might be needed to fight other worlds or other Afto kingdoms.

The structure of the Neighborhood makes that difficult. This attack works because Aftokrator itself is in range of Earth. Otherwise they'd need a much longer ranged ship, or need to stop at other worlds to refuel.

Aftokrator also has competition in the Neighborhood who'd likely interfere. And given the size of earth compared to the Neighbor countries, it'd be a huge headache to take and hold.

I disagree, a Trion body is unstoppable by conventional means, arrive, take over several countries by basically walking into the president's office and threatening him, use them to conquer others.
