Translation time is no more than 1 month, at most 2 months if the translator has multiple projects. 1 month at most for QA and approvals. I know that quality-wise anime was not very good. Animation-wise, the only scene that actually gave me an eyegasm was the first activation of Fallen down. I've never read a LN before and even now OL is the only LN I'm ready and what made me do it was the anime. So I think it did its job quite nicely.
