Part 4 isn't even really the same genre as the rest of JoJo. All the other parts are action adventure but part 4 is a murder mystery. Killer Queen is OP as fuck in the context that it exists but as an offensive stand it isn't all that powerful until it merges with the kitty, and even then it isn't all that effective.

I guess all I'm trying to say is, Ultimate Kars could have eaten an ambulance whole if he really wanted to.

Kira is pretty underpowered given that his chronomanipulation is much more situational compared to the others. He can't use it in the middle of a fight as he'd please.

Naturally. It's great at messing up normal people and hiding things, but it's subpar when it comes to actual combat, as seen in Josuke's fistfight against Kira. Killer Queen is a perfect fit for a violent man that hates violence.

I was going to say kars, but doesn't killer queen pretty much disintegrates anything it blows up.
