Some radio announcement that is also not sourced. It's not completely out of the question because the authors know each other but even if Re:Zero has banter and some lighthearted side stuff I really can't see the two mixing. Especially their formats. Konosuba goes the more vidya and much more comedic route to dig at stuff while Re:Zero sets up depressing stuff using some common archetypes and then bait and switch trolls the otaku MC while revealing everything and one has more depth than it initially seems.
