While it she can make it manifest as stabilizing an objects temperature. The tile of it is "entropy control" which implies a lot more as she can completely break thermodynamics. Later she gains the ability to raise or lower an objects temperature be a few degrees, which sound trivial, but many esper's power can grow exponentially.

So ranged thermal gradient attacks (i.g. fire and ice blasts) should be completely devastating once she get to level 4. She would give Rail Gun a run for her title as she only controls EM feilds, but Uihara technically contols energy itself, which OP when you think about it.

Not true. Misaka could be force leveled to 6 despite tree diagram stating only Accelerator could reach it.

Parameter list was just to help them allocate resources towards leveling. Someone who requires way too much investment to level gets sent to the crap schools where they'll never level, while those who can level easy get the best education.

1. Other espers have done so, why not her? Also originally she could only hold an objects temperature, later they say she can change an object temperature by a maxim of 5 degrees. That is not much but is indicates her powers are greater then they were at the start of the show.

Also given the condition on physical contact it shows her potential is at least infinite in that minimum condition are met such as physical contact, and at low levels we could assume some minimum level of focus although she has only showed such effort where changing an object's temperature, maintaining it she has done under many distracting conditions.

4. yes, I think that is how I define a super power now given it seems to universally apply. However the more fundamental the power the more potential for abusing it is and hers is nearly as fundamental as powers get.
